I came back to my office and said to our newly hired chef - if you need a great and painless dentist I have a referral - when I told him Dr. Gary Solomon - he said he grew up next door to you - his name is David Gilbert. We hired him for our fine dining restaurant that we are opening in the new Rosewood office building in uptown in June - meanwhile he is helping us with the Woodlands Grill concept - he's a great guy. You will see him at the opening party for Woodlands on Forest in December.
