Dear Dr. Solomon,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to you for the skill, care and attention you have shown.

My previous dentist I would consider to be average. She would do what she was obligated to do. She was nice, but not necessarily caring. She had knowledge in her profession, but her practice was substandard. I had first seen her to have two dental implants created and affixed to studs, where my previously perfect top-front teeth had lived. She saw me for an initial consultation, where she took molds, created temporaries and helped select the color for the permanent fixtures. The next visit, she attached them. Some years later, one became loose. They had never fit quite right, and had always irritated my gums. So, I searched for a new dentist, and found you (via research on the internet, which boasted your numerous awards and wonderful patient reviews).

From my first visit, it became clear that you and your entire office were dedicated to excellence in your profession. Clearly your work is your passion, as evidenced by your craftsmanship, courtesy and compassion. Additionally, you showed a real interest in your patient and their lives. How refreshing that was!

I've written to share my thanks, and also to share a story with you.

A few years ago I began to develop headaches. Not your run-of-the-mill headaches, but blinding, nauseating, shooting-pain headaches. These became so frequent that I visited my doctor, a general practitioner. He did what he could, and then referred me to an otolaryngologist. Then to an allergist. Then an endocrinologist. I had blood drawn, CAT-Scans. No one could determine the cause of the headaches, so eventually I resigned myself to living with it, and supplementing my diet with Advil and Tylenol.

Years later I visited Dr. Solomon's office, for a dental checkup and consultation about my troublesome implants. We discussed and it became clear that they likely needed to be replaced. Dr. Solomon asked that I visit with a referred periodontist to ensure there were no concerns with the gums before undertaking any procedures. With the A-OK, we removed the old implants. Instantly I could feel a difference in my face. Less pressure. The headaches had disappeared!

Several weeks have passed since. I've had new temporary teeth put in place while Dr. Solomon is meticulously crafting the new ones. All that time, and not a single recurrence. Not one. To say that I am grateful is an understatement. I am truly amazed that all of that pain could have been caused by incompetence, and that it could be cured so easily, simply by finding a professional who provides such care and precision in his work. And, all that with a smile.

The staff was amazing from the second I walked in the door. I was greeted and seated immediately for my x-ray exams. Dr. Solomon came in and went over my x-rays tooth by tooth.
